Fantasy Impact:
Simmons will be sidelined once again for head coach Sean Payton one week after the defense allowed 70 points to the Miami Dolphins. The unit will be difficult to trust despite a favorable Week 4 matchup against an underwhelming Chicago Bears offense led by quarterback Justin Fields.
