Titans QB Malik Willis is officially inactive for a Week 12 matchup with the Panthers.
Fantasy Impact:
With QB Ryan Tannehill healthy, Willis will once again be a healthy scratch for the Titans. Willis is considered the emergency third quarterback, but can safely be left on fantasy waiver wires for now.
