Malik Willis leads team in rushing Sunday

Malik Willis completed 13-of-19 passes for 202 yards and a touchdown while adding 73 yards and a touchdown on the ground in Sunday's 30-14 win over the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Impact

Willis got another start on Sunday in the continued absence of Jordan Love, and he had a strong game against his former team. He was solid through the air and limited mistakes, and he was dominant on the ground and ended up leading the team in rushing yards on just six carries. This may very well have been his last game as the starter for the foreseeable future, however, so fantasy managers shouldn't be looking to pick him up at this point.

Malik Willis starting in Week 3

Packers QB Malik Willis will start in Week 3 against the Titans.

Fantasy Impact

Willis will get the opportunity to start against his former team with Jordan Love officially inactive. The Packers will likely focus on running the ball to control the tempo as they did in their Week 2 win.

Malik Willis expected to start in Week 3

Malik Willis is expected to remain the starter for the Packers on Sunday against the Titans.

Fantasy Impact

Jordan Love was at practice all week and is getting closer, but it most likely will be at least another week. Willis will draw the start against his former team.

Malik Willis plays well in spot start Week 2

Malik Willis completed 12-of-14 passing attempts for 122 yards and a touchdown while rushing the ball six times for 41 yards in Sunday's 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

Fantasy Impact

Willis got the start for the Packers with Jordan Love (knee) unable to play, and he did his job pretty well. He took care of the ball and didn't lose any turnovers, and he helped lead the Packers to a quality win over a good Colts team. He may remain the starter for the next couple of weeks, and although fantasy managers shouldn't be starting him, he may be good enough to support a couple of their skill-position players from a fantasy perspective.

Malik Willis in line to start at quarterback in Week 2

Malik Willis is in line to start at quarterback in Week 2 for the Green Bay Packers against the Indianapolis Colts according to head coach Matt LaFleur.

Fantasy Impact

Willis will lead the Green Bay offense, while Sean Clifford serves as the backup against the Colts. Fantasy managers in need of a quarterback to replace Jordan Love (MCL) will need to temper expectations despite Willis offering an ability to run out of the backfield.
