Jacksonville Jaguars D/ST picks up four sacks in Week 12 win

by Nate Miller | Jaguars Correspondent | Sun, Nov 26th 9:16pm EST

The Jaguars' defense allowed 21 points on 352 yards of total offense while recording four sacks in Sunday's win over the Texans.

Fantasy Impact:

The Jaguars were successful in slowing down the Texans' run game while also continuously pressuring rookie QB C.J. Stroud throughout this contest. Impressively, Stroud was still able to make several big plays with his arm and legs while not committing a turnover. The Jacksonville unit did enough, especially in crunch time on the Texans' final drive, to preserve a three-point victory. Pass rusher Josh Allen was especially impactful for the Jaguars, coming up with 2.5 sacks to bring his season total to 12 through 11 games. The Jaguars D/ST will be a solid option going into a Monday Night matchup with Cincinnati in Week 13.
