Buccaneers RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn is officially inactive for a Week 13 matchup with the Panthers.
Fantasy Impact:
Vaughn will remain a healthy scratch and has clearly been passed by Chase Edmonds and Sean Tucker as the backups to Rachaad White. Fantasy managers can leave the 26-year-old on the waiver wire.
