Cade Otton was not targeted during the Buccaneers' 21-18 win over the Panthers in Week 13.
Fantasy Impact:
This was Otton's first game of the season without a catch or target. He'll look to bounce back against the Falcons in Week 14, ranking as a low-end fantasy TE2.
