Dameon Pierce rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown on 15 attempts in the Texans' win over Denver on Sunday. He was not targeted in the passing game.
Fantasy Impact:
Pierce's fantasy day was saved by his touchdown, otherwise it would have been two straight disappointing weeks for the young running back. He's splitting work with Deving Singletary in what has become an ugly timeshare over the past couple of weeks, with Singletary getting the receiving work and also being more efficient on the ground than Pierce. It's a situation to avoid if at all possible.
