Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) officially ruled out for Week 14

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco, who is dealing with a shoulder injury, has been ruled out of Sunday's Week 14 contest with the Buffalo Bills. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pacheco did not practice all week as a result of his shoulder ailment, and thus he will not play on Sunday. In his place, the Chiefs will likely turn to RB Jerick McKinnon (who was limited Wednesday but full on Thursday) and Clyde Edwards-Helaire. It's also possible they call up a practice squad RB for depth like La'Mical Perine, Deneric Prince or the recently added Keaontay Ingram.
