Jonathan Owens signs with Bears

The Bears have agreed to terms with DB Jonathan Owens on a two-year deal. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Owens spent last season with the Packers after four years with the Texans. He joins Kevin Byard as the safeties signed with Chicago this offseason. He can play snaps at both free safety and strong safety.
