Cameron Sutton released by Lions amid arrest warrant

Veteran DB Cameron Sutton has been released by the Detroit Lions as a result of his pending arrest warrant by a Florida police department. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The police have reportedly been searching for Sutton, and amid the news, the Lions have opted to release the veteran CB ahead of his eighth NFL season. Sutton spent six years in Pittsburgh before signing with Detroit last offseason. The Lions may be able to void some of his contract guarantees given the situation, pending a league appeal.
