Darius Slayton has not reported to the New York Giants' voluntary workouts this week as he seeks a contract extension. He signed a two-year, 12.2 million dollar extension with the team prior to last season. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Slayton has been the Giants' leading receiver in four of the past five seasons. He's been a consistent performer for this team despite being part of many inconsistent offences. With a very underwhelming WR depth chart as it currently stands, the Giants can ill-afford to lose Slayton. They'll be inclined to get this move done sooner rather than later.
