Geno Smith getting 'good grasp' on new offense under OC Ryan Grubb

Geno Smith told reporters he has “a really good grasp" of the offense under new offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb. (Brady Henderson on Twitter)

“I feel like I’m a dropback passer and I feel like this is a dropback offense," Smith said. Grubb came to Seattle from the University of Washington where he coached Michael Penix Jr. This is likely going to be a completely different offense compared to what the Seahawks ran under Pete Carroll.
