According to Pro Football Focus, Jamie Meder graded out as the team's top preseason player. He will open the season as a backup on the team's defensive line. (ESPN Cleveland)
Fantasy Impact:
This is likely one reason Meder made the final 53-man roster. It should be noted that most of his playing time came against backups, but Meder's accomplishment is noteworthy nonetheless. He's worth monitoring in deep IDP leagues in case he carves out a substantial role with the team.
