Geno Smith representatives to meet with Seahawks Friday

Seahawks GM John Schneider said that the team will meet tomorrow with QB Geno Smith's representatives on Friday. (Brady Henderson on Twitter)

"We hope to get an extension with Geno," Schneider said. "Geno knows he’s our guy. We love him and we want to keep going forward." Schneider added that it will be preliminary discussions in which the Seahawks get a ballpark sense of what Smith will be looking for when negotiations begin in earnest.
