Davante Adams has been released by the New York Jets. The team will save nearly $30 million in cap space with the move. (Adam Schefter on X)
Fantasy Impact:
The time of the Green Bay veterans in New York is ending. Adams and Rodgers will no longer be on the team in 2025, and they are exploring trade options with Allen Lazard. In 11 games for the Jets last year, Adams caught 67 of 114 targets for 854 yards and seven touchdowns. He showed flashes of his old self in 2024, and should still get a decent contract even at 32 years old.
