Tershawn Wharton signs three-year deal with Panthers

The Panthers agreed to terms with DT Tershawn Wharton on a three-year contract.
Fantasy Impact:
Wharton is expected to earn at least $54 million as part of the deal. He recorded 6.5 sacks last season with the Chiefs as well as two sacks in the last Super Bowl. He'll likely play a bigger role in Carolina.
