Fantasy Impact:
The deal can be worth up to $6 million. Lockett had been connected to Pete Carroll and the Raiders, but he'll instead continue his career with the Titans and likely Cam Ward. His best years are likely behind him, but the Titans should have some targets open behind Calvin Ridley. He figures to be a WR3/WR4 as of now for fantasy managers.
