Fantasy Impact:
The Panthers drafted McMillan No. 8 overall in round one on Thursday. He will have the opportunity to step in as the immediate top target for Young with his 6'4 size on the outside. The former Arizona receiver exploded onto the scene as a true freshman and posted some big seasons in college. He'll be a player to monitor throughout OTAs and training camp with a lot of opportunity potentially coming for him in his rookie season.
