The Panthers signed No. 8 overall pick WR Tetairoa McMillan to a four-year contract. (Panthers.com)
Fantasy Impact:
McMillan reported to rookie camp with Carolina on Friday. The rookie out of Arizona has the chance to be an immediate top target on the outside for Bryce Young. He should have plenty of opportunity to help his fantasy value as a rookie.
