Tory Horton signs rookie contract with Seahawks

The Seahawks signed fifth-round WR Tory Horton to a four-year contract.
Fantasy Impact:
Horton enters the offseason program looking to compete for a depth role in the Seahawks wide receiver room. He is also expected to hold a special teams role as a kick returner.
