Quinshon Judkins won't face formal charges

Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins will reportedly face no formal charges for the alleged Florida assault. (Jordan Schultz on Twitter)

Judkins was arrested in July, but prosecutors will not be moving forward with his case, according to multiple reports. He was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery. Just because he is not being charged does not mean the league will not hand out a suspension, as they have shown in the past, but now the road is cleared for the NFL to do its own investigation and for Judkins and Cleveland to come to terms on a contract ahead of the NFL season.
