Bryce Perkins signs with Panthers

Fantasy Impact:
Panthers veteran backup Andy Dalton is dealing with an elbow issue, so the Panthers are shoring up their QB depth. Perkins is fresh off winning the UFL MVP award this past June, but he has not appeared in an NFL game since 2022 with the Rams.
