Fantasy Impact:
Royals was unable to make enough progress in practice throughout the week in order to suit up and will be sidelined once again for Kansas City. Marquise Brown and Tyquan Thornton will remain the primary wideout options for quarterback Patrick Mahomes against the Eagles Sunday.
