Fantasy Impact:
Mack suffered a dislocated elbow on Monday night and is going to land on injured reserve as a result, according to HC Jim Harbaugh. That means that he will be sidelined for at least the next four weeks, which is bad news for the Chargers defense that has gotten off to a hot start so far this season.
