Fantasy Impact:
The Colts were missing Downs at practice on Wednesday, but his hip injury doesn't seem to be serious right now and he was upgraded to a full participant at practice on Thursday. He should be good to go for Sunday's game against the Steelers and could be worth streaming in PPR league formats.
