The Titans had Oliver at practice again on Thursday. He was once again a limited participant, as he is still working on recovering from a knee injury. If he's available to play in Week 9, he will likely be primed for more work than usual with Calvin Ridley (hamstring) and Chig Okonkwo (foot) both trending towards not playing against the Chargers.
