Fantasy Impact:
Palmer is set to make his return to the lineup on Sunday after missing some time due to a couple of different injuries. He should be a full go against Tampa Bay but doesn't project to be a strong fantasy option in this matchup, even with Dalton Kincaid (hamstring) set to be sidelined this week.
