49ers fear Glenn Dorsey tore his ACL

After going down with a non-contact injury early in the game, the 49ers fear Glenn Dorsey has a torn ACL. (Matt Barrows on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Brutal. Dorsey missed all of 2014 with a biceps injury and it seems as though he'll be missing the remainder of this season. He'll be 31 next season.
