Fantasy Impact:
Higgins was ruled out of the Bengals' game against the Patriots on Sunday with a concussion, and given the current protocols and how long players take to advance through them (which is not a bad thing for player health!) it's not a surprise Higgins is out. At least Ja'Marr Chase will be active for whoever is throwing the rock.
