Cade Otton caught 3-of-4 targets for 19 yards in Tampa Bay's 24-20 loss to the Saints.
Fantasy Impact:
Otton has turned in two consecutive quiet games, tallying less than 20 receiving yards in both games. Otton could continue to lose targets if Mike Evans is also able to return from injury. He will look to bounce back against the Falcons in Week 15.
