Fantasy Impact:
Otton was limited at Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury, but he was upgraded to a full participant at practice on Thursday and seems likely to play in Week 16. If active, fantasy managers should expect him to take a backseat for the foreseeable future with Mike Evans (collarbone) back in the lineup for the Buccaneers.
