Khalil Shakir caught four of five targets for 34 yards in the Bills' 23-20 win over the Browns on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Shakir was the Bills' leading receiver in all major categories. He's struggled to get much of anything going in recent weeks, having less than 35 yards in four of his last six games. He's a tough start in Week 17.
