Clayton Tune will get the start in Week 18 for the Green Bay Packers, head coach Matt LaFleur announced and Adam Schefter reported. Jordan Love cleared concussion protocol but, with the Packers locked into the seventh-seed in the NFC, Tune will get the nod against the Vikings. (Adam Schefter on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Tune has appeared in one game for the Packers this season and completed 1-of-4 passes for eight yards and a pick in relief against the Ravens last Saturday. Drafted out of Houston in the fifth round by the Cardinals in the 2023 NFL Draft, Tune appeared in 13 games for Arizona between 2023 and 2024. He made his first career start on November 5, 2023 and dropped a 27-0 setback to the Browns. Tune was 11-of-20 for 58 yards and two picks in his only start to date. If your fantasy league's championship is this week, you can probably avoid Green Bay's quarterback and wide receiver situation.
