Emanuel Wilson leads Packers with 18 carries Sunday

by David Leisering | Packers Correspondent | Sun, Jan 4th 5:10pm EST

Emanuel Wilson rushed for 44 yards on a team-high 18 carries and added one catch for four yards in the Packers' 16-3 loss to Minnesota on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Wilson could have had a slightly better afternoon, but he lost 18 yards on one carry late in the first half - the worst loss on a rushing attempt without a fumble in the NFL since 1994. Wilson managed to turn around his day, finishing with 44 yards on the ground, but he, along with the rest of the offense, was bottled up all day. Wilson has been a solid back up all season and will return to his complementary role behind Josh Jacobs, who was a healthy scratch, in next weekend's Wild Card playoff game.
