Xavier Restrepo signs reserve/future contract with Titans

The Titans signed WR Xavier Restrepo to a reserve/future contract.
Fantasy Impact:
Restrepo had a chance to be elevated just before Thanksgiving. He will remain with the Titans in the offseason after signing with them as an undrafted free agent last offseason.
