Minkah Fitzpatrick traded to Jets

The Miami Dolphins are sending Minkah Fitzpatrick to the New York Jets in exchange for the 2026 seventh-round pick from the Chargers. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

It is a rare trade in division. Fitzpatrick will sign a three-year, $40 million deal with the Jets. He appeared in 14 games in his lone season in Miami last year, totaling one interception and 82 total tackles.
