Fantasy Impact:
The Cardinals lost out on Malik Willis who they were targeting in free agency. They pivot to Minshew, who joins Jacoby Brissett in the team's quarterback room. It is still possible they also address the position in the NFL Draft next month. It is likely a QB battle between Minshew and Brissett for now.
