Denzel Boston selected No. 39 by Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns have selected WR Denzel Boston with the No. 39 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
Boston becomes the second wide receiver taken by the Browns in the first two rounds of the 2026 Draft as they double up after selecting KC Concepcion in the first round Thursday. Boston is a much larger receiver (6-3, 212) out of Washington and led the Huskies in receiving yards last season. He did not run a 40-yard dash at the combine and doesn't display top speed to create separation. But, he does have excellent hands and he was very tough to bring down at the collegiate level. It's a little surprising that the Browns took another receiver with a need for offensive line help. But, Cleveland is looking for playmakers to improve the offense in 2026 and Boston should help with that as part of the receiver rotation.
