Fantasy Impact:
Rivers had 46 catches at Georgia Tech last season and posted a 62-1,172-12 receiving line at Florida International the year prior. He averaged 15.7 yards per catch in his collegiate career and has the speed to be a vertical threat in the NFL. Even with the loss of Mike Evans, the Buccaneers wide receiver room is pretty deep. Rivers adds another body to the mix for targets in 2026.
