While details are sparse for the moment, it’s still good news for the Chiefs and their fans alike, who saw both Worthy and Cyrus Allen both exit practice, but both seem to be ok. This could still impact Worthy’s fantasy performance, however, as he dealt with shoulder injuries all of last season, so fantasy managers will need to monitor this situation as updates emerge.
