Leon Hall's surgery could be a reason on why he remains unsigned. Hall is arguably the top free agent corner that's left on the market. He visited with the Cowboys and Cardinals earlier in the offseason, but is a front-runner to sign with the Dolphins due to his connection with their defensive coordinator, Vance Joseph. Joseph was Hall's secondary coach in Cincinnati.
