Charles Sims cannot capitalize on huge workload in loss
by Michael Vincent | Mon, Sep 19th 2:46pm EDT
Filling in for an injured Doug Martin, Charles Sims was not able to capitalize on his time on the field as he was bottled up in both the passing and running game. Sims finished with nine carries for 24 yards and a miserable three catches for four yards on five targets in Tampa Bay's 40-7 loss to Arizona.
Fantasy Impact:
Game script and the Martin injury should have meant a huge game for the pass-catching Sims, but nothing ever formulated for Tampa Bay and the third year back out of West Virginia. He may end up with an expanded workload if Martin is to miss any time. The only other healthy running back on the active roster is newly acquired Jaquizz Rodgers.
