Karlos Williams expected to re-sign with Bills

Fantasy Impact:
After being suspended and subsequently cut by the Bills, Williams could end up right where he was at the start of the season giving him the same value as he had heading into the year. He's a handcuff worth owning, especially in deep leagues and LeSean McCoy owners should pick him up if he's still available, assuming he does sign with the Bills.
