Fantasy Impact:
Foster hung up his cleats on Monday after eight NFL seasons. He played with the Houston Texans from 2009-2015 and signed with the Dolphins in 2016. Foster retires from the NFL with 6,527 rushing yards and 68 total touchdowns.
