It was reported that Eagles receiver and special-teamer Josh Huff was arrested on Tuesday, in Philadelphia on the Walt Whitman Bridge, for allegedly possessing marijuana and a firearm, while speeding. (CBS Local Philly)
This is big for the Eagles' special teams. Darren Sproles was already reportedly taking over for Ryan Mathews, and Huff would have been in the discussion to pick up the slack, should Sproles' role in special teams need to be reduced. Now, if Huff is forced to miss time, this arrest could trickle back up into the offense, potentially causing shakeups until the situation is resolved. Huff isn't fantasy relevant by himself, but is a large reason why the Eagles' special teams has been one of the league's best this year.
