Cecil Shorts falls off after solid Week 11 performance

Cecil Shorts finally had a good game in Week 11. Unfortunately, that was short lived. The wide receiver only caught one ball for six yards against the Seahawks on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Shorts has not been very productive outside of Week 11. Too many better options exist to consider rostering Shorts. He is a punt play at best in DFS leagues.
