Eddie Royal to miss second straight game

Fantasy Impact:
Royal missed not only last week's game against Detroit but also practice all this week, so it's unsurprising to see him declared inactive for Chicago's game against Green Bay. That said, it would seem the Bears think he could be healthy by Week 16 at the latest because, since they will clearly miss the playoffs, the team could've saved money and/or an active roster spot by cutting Royal or placing him on injured reserve by this point. In theory, then, Royal might be available by the end of the season to any owners with enough patience or in leagues deep enough to have hung on to him last several weeks.
