Aireontae Ersery (illness) missed Houston's practice on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
Houston's starting left tackle was unable to practice on Thursday due to an illness. He should recover in time for Sunday's game, but it could leave him on the injury report heading into the weekend.
Aireontae Ersery (finger) is out against the Chargers on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact
With Ersery out, the Texans will now be playing without their starting left and right tackles. The Chargers' defensive front isn't what it once was, but it's still a decent unit that should be able to bring pressure behind a patchwork offensive line.
The Texans agreed to terms with second-round OT Aireontae Ersery on his rookie contract.
Fantasy Impact
Ersery will earn $9.2 million, though it is unclear what percentage of it will be guaranteed. He becomes the latest second-round pick to sign his rookie deal.
