Head coach Dennis Allen said Peat will be evaluated further, but it is a possibly a strain. He should be considered day-to-day for now until the team releases more information.

Ian Rapoport reported that Peat is "week-to-week" after suffering the injury in Week 6. It is a downgrade to the Saints offensive line with a banged up offense.
Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Saints and OT Andrus Peat have agreed to terms on restructuring the veteran tackles contract. The deal will save the team $6 million.

The restructures continued on Wednesday with Peat and Malcolm Jenkins both agreeing to restructure their contracts. The move comes at no surprise as the team is over the cap, especially after franchise tagging star safety Marcus WIlliams on Tuesday.
Saints Pro Bowl OL Andrus Peat has been ruled out for Week 12 with a concussion.

Peat, who received a hefty contract extension before the season, has been to the Pro Bowl each of the last two years and is a key piece to the Saints offensive line. This shouldn't have too much of an impact on Alvin Kamara as they take on the Broncos Sunday. Denver's D/ST is currently ranked 16th against the run.
Early indication is that New Orleans Saints G Andrus Peat suffered a high-ankle sprain Sunday night against the Packers and will have more tests done on Monday.
