Fantasy Impact
The Ravens' defense tallied three sacks but failed to force a turnover in the loss. The Ravens will need to get some of the issues with the pass defense together before taking on Dak Prescott and the Cowboys in Week 3.
The Ravens D/ST recorded two sacks, one fumble recovery, and one interception in a Week 1 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

The defense stood tall in the season opener for first-year head coach Jesse Minter, allowing less than 275 offensive yards in the win. The unit will look to take advantage of a favorable Week 2 contest against the New Orleans Saints.

It was reported Minter turned down the Browns second interview as he saw better opportunity elsewhere, and this certainly fits the bill. He’ll look to take over the mantle of John Harbaugh and get the Ravens back into the playoff race in 2026 with Lamar Jackson at the helm of the offense and a talented defense to boot.

Harbaugh and the Ravens missed the playoffs this year, and there seemed to be some tension that was not present in recent seasons. Now, the Ravens are resetting with the coach in charge, a massive change for an organization that was 180-113 with Harbaugh at the helm. Harbaugh is a Super Bowl champion and should immediately be one of the top candidates for current vacancies.

Baltimore allowed the Steelers to gain 390 yards of total offense in the loss, which caused the Ravens to miss the playoffs. The Ravens struggled on defense in 2025 and will look to address that unit this offseason.
